The Minister of Public Health, Dr. Manaouda Malachie, bestowed the honors upon several senior officials, using the customary formula to elevate the Secretary General, the Inspector General, and another senior ministry official to the rank of Grand Officer on behalf of the President of the Republic, reflecting the State’s recognition of their years of service.The official reading of the appointment decrees then formalized the assumption of duties by the new sector heads. Within the General Inspectorate of Administrative Services, Clavère Nken Tsana, a contract administrative officer and formerly Head of the Communication Unit, officially took up his post as Inspector of Services No. 5. The mental health sector also saw a change in leadership with the appointment of Marileine Pricyle Eulal Kemme Kemme as head of the Sub-Directorate of Mental Health. Regarding technical advisor positions, Dr. Bahebeck, née Azoumbou Mefiant Thérèse, former Regional Delegate of Public Health for the Central Region, now assumes the role of Technical Advisor No. 3, succeeding Ms. Zeh Kakanou Florence. Medical inspections have seen some significant changes with the appointment of Dr. Mohamadou Guemse Emmanuel, former Director of the Mfou District Hospital, as Inspector of Services No. 1, while Dr. Guemnaing Ngayap Moïse Guy Franklin has become Inspector of Services No. 5, replacing Dr. Dadao François, who has retired. Finally, Dr. NKO AYISSI Georges Barthelemy, who previously served as Inspector of Services No. 4, replacing Mr. AMENLE EKOMAN Gerand, who has been assigned to other administrative duties, was officially installed.
